AXE BAHIA REUNION GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Raffle Organizer
    The raffle is organized by IGNITE PERÚ/LINZ SAC , official sponsor of PRAGA PRODUCCIONES.

  2. Duration of the Draw
    The drawing will begin on January 3, 2025, at 8:00 PM and end on January 16, 2025, at 11:00 PM . Entries received after this date will not be considered.

  3. Requirements to Participate
    To participate in the draw, participants must meet the following requirements:

    • Be over 18 years of age at the time of participation.
    • Be residents of Metropolitan Lima .
    • Follow the official IGNITE PERU/. accounts on Instagram : @ignite.peru
    • Like the giveaway post.
    • Share the post on your Instagram stories.
    • Tag 2 people in the comments of the post (the more people tagged, the greater the chance of winning).

    • The Instagram account used to participate must be associated with the participant's name and be for personal use. Commercial accounts, brand accounts, accounts created exclusively for sweepstakes, or those that feature profile photos, feed posts, or names similar to those of other participants will be considered invalid due to potential fraud. Verification of this information will be at the sole discretion of the company organizing the sweepstakes and will be confirmed by presenting a valid ID upon claiming the prize. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the prize not being awarded.

  4. Awards
    The following prizes will be awarded to 5 winners:

    • 10 Single Tickets to the "AXE BAHÍA 20th Anniversary Concert" event, distributed as 5 double tickets (each winner will receive 2 tickets to the concert).
    • 10 IGNITE Electronic Vaporizers . Each winner will receive two vaporizers , each model and flavor assigned based on availability and the company's choice.
    • 2 Ignite Experiences per winner. Experiences include:
      • Access to the brand's stand at the event.
      • Brand presentation by IGNITE staff.
      • Opportunity to take photos and videos with brand products, the hostesses, and the staff.

  5. Event Details
    The "AXE BAHÍA 20th Anniversary Concert" event will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at CLUB CULTURAL LIMA , located at Av. Alameda Sur 1530, Chorrillos .

  6. Winner Selection
    Five winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible participants. The drawing will be conducted live on January 17, 2025, starting at midnight on IGNITE PERÚ/LINZ SAC 's social media channels. Winners will be announced during the live broadcast via a random online drawing.

  7. Winner Notification
    Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram from the @ignite.peru account. Winners must respond within 16 hours of the giveaway start time to confirm their participation and claim their prize. If they do not receive a response within the indicated timeframe, the prize will be canceled and a new winner will be selected at the company's discretion.
    If the winner receives a response, they must confirm their attendance immediately, or the prize will be awarded to a participant on a reserve list maintained by the company if necessary. If the winning participant cannot immediately confirm their attendance upon contact, the company will give them a deadline to confirm their attendance before the prize can be awarded, or the prize will be awarded to a participant on a reserve list previously established by the company.

  8. Awards Ceremony
    Prizes will be awarded only in Metropolitan Lima . The location, method, time of award, and ticket type will be coordinated or notified to the winners once their participation has been confirmed. Tickets may be purchased in person, online, or by presenting their full name and identification document (DNI) at the event door, subject to prior information, confirmation, and coordination between the company and the winning user who has met the aforementioned requirements to participate.
    Tickets to the event are non-transferable and cannot be resold; otherwise, they will be canceled and unusable. Likewise, the winner will not be able to collect any of the other prizes if they fail to complete the previous step.
    The prize electronic vaporizers will be delivered at the Ignite sales point within the event after verification with the winning contestant and companion's ID from 9:00 PM on the day of the event until 2:00 AM the following day. If the winning contestant does not show up within the established hours or does not show valid ID, the prize of 02 Ignite Vaporizers cannot be delivered, subject to availability and at the company's discretion, nor will the Ignite Experience for 02 people (winning contestant and companion) be awarded.

  9. Ignite Experience Terms and Conditions
    The Ignite experience includes interaction with the brand booth, brand staff, and products during the event. However, this experience may be compromised in the following cases:

    • If the winner displays misconduct towards staff or products.
    • If the number of people serving prevents it.
    • If staff is not available to supervise the winner during the experience.

    IGNITE PERÚ/LINZ SAC reserves the right to cancel or modify the experience without prior notice if these or any other issues not mentioned arise.

  10. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
    By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth. Winners authorize IGNITE PERÚ/LINZ SAC to use their name, image, and/or video for promotional purposes, without any further compensation.

  11. Responsibility
    IGNITE PERÚ/LINZ SAC is not responsible for damage or loss of prizes once awarded, nor for unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the sweepstakes or the event. Likewise, it is not responsible for any incident related to the event or the prizes once awarded.

  12. Raffle Modifications
    IGNITE PERÚ/LINZ SAC reserves the right to modify or cancel the drawing without prior notice due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. Likewise, the company may modify the terms and conditions prior to awarding the first prize.

  13. Protection of Personal Data
    The personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of managing the raffle and awarding prizes. IGNITE PERÚ/LINZ SAC is committed to protecting the privacy of participants in accordance with current personal data protection legislation.
    However, the data provided by the personal information data may be used for future advertising purposes.

  14. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions All participants, by deciding to participate in the draw, will be accepting the terms and conditions stipulated and mentioned in this document.
